Everyone in crypto says that the community is important but how do you actually build it?
In this talk, I’ll share lessons we learned while building a community of hundreds of crypto founders, devs, creators, and investors.
I will walk you through all the steps:
* How to think about community,
* Where to start,
* How to choose the niche,
* Why inviting ‘social stars’ typically doesn’t work,
* How to bootstrap the first activity,
* How to keep the community active,
* and so on.
Each step will be accompanied by real-world examples. I will also explain why some things work since - apart from my crypto experience - I also have a psychology degree.
