How to build a community around your product? 10 lessons from 17 months of running Kiwi
Everyone in crypto says that the community is important but how do you actually build it?
In this talk, I’ll share lessons we learned while building a community of hundreds of crypto founders, devs, creators, and investors.
I will walk you through all the steps:
- How to think about community,
- Where to start,
- How to choose the niche,
- Why inviting ‘social stars’ typically doesn’t work,
- How to bootstrap the first activity,
- How to keep the community active,
- and so on.
Each step will be accompanied by real-world examples. I will also explain why some things work since - apart from my crypto experience - I also have a psychology degree.
