Web 3.0 Bio:
Brand-led product strategist and UX/UI design leader who turns messy, community-run blockchain initiatives into credible, usable, and marketable experiences—by shipping brand systems, design kits, governance hygiene, and developer enablement for Terra Classic.
Signature contributions to Terra Classic:
1) Terra Classic Rebranding Concepts (v1a, v1b, v2)
A multi-version brand exploration to visually emancipate LUNC from TFL, define key visuals, and raise marketing quality. Includes interactive Figma presentations (v1a/v1b/v2) and a commitment to contribute logo/key assets free of charge if governance selects the system.
Why it matters: addresses the “no identity / no funnel” problem hampering growth, perception, and onboarding.
2) FREE Terra Classic UI Kit (CC BY 4.0)
A Figma-based kit—originally built for StrathCole’s Terra Classic wallet UI—released free for commercial use under CC BY 4.0 to accelerate ecosystem UX and standardize look & feel. Opened to Terra (LUNA) teams as well.
Context: released after a public dispute about unauthorized reuse of his wallet UI; to turn a negative into ecosystem leverage, Dawid made the kit public and documented code artifacts that preserved his attribution.
3) Enhancing Validator Efficiency (Ops framework)
A structured proposal to move validators from talk to task: adopt PM tools (GitHub/Jira/Asana), specialize by proof of skills (no doxxing required), break initiatives into sub-tasks, and assign accountable PMs—so decisions convert into shipped work.
Motivation: current comms (Telegram/Common/Discord/X) drift toward endless discussion; the proposal reframes validators as the de-facto “executive organ” post-TFL.
4) List of Companies with Cosmos/Blockchain Expertise
A curated vendor landscape (Cosmos-specialists and broader blockchain houses) to help Terra Classic hire professional devs instead of ad-hoc arrangements; used to nudge validators toward pro execution.
5) Independent Community Website — terra-classic.money
Design and implementation of a lean, neutral, community-driven site—selected by governance to be the link third-party profiles should point to (e.g., CMC/CG/exchanges). Includes SEO structure and live price components; clearly disclaims it’s not “official.”
Governance path: Proposal #12181 to update third-party “Website” links to terra-classic.money; background rationale documented on Commonwealth.
Promotion & updates: progress logs, deposit and vote announcements, and SEO/feature updates posted on X.
6) Juris Protocol — brand strategy & product design
Led full-stack brand & UX work (brand & comms strategy, visual identity, website UX/UI, app UX/UI, and user docs) for a Terra-aligned protocol, signaling Dawid’s cross-project design leadership in the ecosystem.
7) UST Protocol / USTD (concept)
Part of the implementation team behind new protocol/stablecoin concept by RedlineDrifter and REDNiks.

Since 2016, Maciej Baj has been a trailblazer in the field of blockchain interoperability, dedicating his full-time efforts to this complex and rapidly evolving technology. His journey began in earnest with a deep dive into sidechain development, where he not only honed his skills but also started to shape his vision for the future of blockchain technology.
Maciej's significant career milestone occurred in 2017 when he joined forces with Jacob Kowalewski, current t3rn’s Chief of Strategy Officer, at Lisk, a blockchain application platform. His work at Lisk, which included roles as Project Lead and Head of Development, was instrumental in nurturing his ideas. It was here, working on Lisk Core, that Maciej's vision for a multichain future began to take shape.
Over the years, Maciej's expertise deepened, particularly in the niche of building cross-chain bridging solutions. The challenges of interoperability, especially within single ledger platforms like Ethereum, fueled his interest in composability and reversibility — key concepts that would later form the bedrock of t3rn.
In 2020, recognizing that the blockchain industry was still grappling with the multichain challenge, Maciej, along with Jacob, made the bold decision to leave Lisk. This marked the start of a new chapter - the creation of t3rn. The platform, embodying the essence of web3 and the liberty to facilitate transactions across various blockchains, was a direct response to Maciej's question: "Why can’t cross-chain executions have the same characteristics as a single ledger execution, like on Ethereum?"
With a Master's in Computer Science, specializing in AI-based stylometric analysis and machine learning, Maciej brought a unique perspective to blockchain technology. His academic background played a significant role in shaping his approach to blockchain development, particularly in the areas of interoperability and smart contract functionality.
t3rn, under Maciej's leadership as the Founder and CTO, aims to create frictionless multichain smart contract execution, offering faster, cheaper, and more secure bridging to users. This initiative is central in empowering developers who are actively shaping the next phase of modular blockchains. Maciej's stewardship at t3rn exemplifies not just a commitment to technical excellence but also a vision to redefine how blockchain technology can be more accessible, efficient, and transformative for its community.
Drawing from his extensive experience as an open-source developer, Maciej has also been keen on solving the long-standing challenge of aligning contributions and rewards within the open-source community. This dedication led to the unique ecosystem dynamics at t3rn, where smart contract authors are recognized and compensated for their contributions, fostering a fair and incentivized environment.
Maciej's groundbreaking work has not gone unnoticed. In 2023, he was featured in the "Blockchain 35 Under 35 List," a testament to his significant contributions to the blockchain space. His leadership at t3rn continues to break new ground in blockchain technology, pushing the boundaries towards a more interconnected and efficient digital world.

Hi, I’m Orest — a computer scientist focused on scaling Ethereum.
I’m the co-founder of t1, the first interop rollup. It introduces real-time proving (RTP) to fix fragmentation and composability challenges in scaling Ethereum. Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) are used to prove the integrity of t1 execution to Ethereum in less than 12 seconds. By running partner rollup nodes in its node infrastructure, t1 aggregates and proves their state to Ethereum in real-time. As a result, t1 enables instant settlement between any combination of partner rollups and Ethereum, creating the much-needed cross-chain application and liquidity infrastructure, today.

About Me
🔗 Twitter/X: @VegasMorph
I’m Pedro B. (aka Vegas), and my journey in crypto began almost by accident. I first discovered the space through Bitcoin mining in its early days, using nothing more than a small laptop. Over time, I experimented with GPU mining for altcoins and Ethereum, CPU mining, and later with ASICs. These experiences taught me valuable lessons about efficiency, infrastructure, and the technical foundations of blockchain.
As my involvement grew, I developed a deeper interest in economics and technology, striving to understand the mechanics of crypto beyond mining. This path naturally led me to study cybersecurity and coding languages, strengthening my ability to contribute to the ecosystem.
When Ethereum transitioned to Proof of Stake, I shifted my focus to Terra, marking the beginning of a new chapter in my life.
